Nice one brainlet, muscles grow and repair themselves when you’re resting from a hard workout

unironically impressed

my man. doing bag cardio. you know what's up.

How many times per week should I hit the gym if I'm doing a full body workout?

3-4 generally. You can do other stuff on off days (whether that's cardio, conditioning, skill work, whatever) but you have to balance your lifting against your recovery. Trying to push it higher is hard to pull off unless you really know what you're doing.

I can understand resting on Sunday, but why Wednesday and Saturday?
