Been trying to beef up my arms (mostly feel chest on pressing movements due orangutan arms). Squat 170 kg low bar, Deadlift 230 kg, Bench 120 kg. My best weighted chin up is 55 kg.

Sadly not natty. On gear for 2 years. But, at 8 years in natty I was 88kg @ 8% bodyfat which is ridiculous for a natty (see pic related on left).

Also, my nipples have always been like that. I had pubertal gyno. Obviously gear made that 10x worse. I'm natty again now tho (3 months off - hopefully stays that way, I'm gonna try clomid monotherapy if needed) lol.

Also, pic on left - I weighed 82kg there (didn't have bf% measured but probs around 10-12%), that was 6 years in. I gained 6kg over the next 2 years and found gains too slow both strength and size to be bothered staying natty.

Yeah, I'm pretty pale (Croat so go figure). Also my other weak points beside arms are calves and quads (femur longer than torso). At least I have strong posterior chain (rdl 3 plates for easy sets of 10).

Bulk more then cut but if you think you are happy with what you have just do a lot of ab work (biggest thing for the shred aethstetic lyfe) and just maintain but 6.4 215 isn't enough IMO but its your vody bro you do you

1 hire a PT, let him check your form. Make sure he's not a retard
2 make yourself a good diet. You should be able to stick to it 25/7 all year around. Consistency is the key.
3 make yourself a good schedule. Find what people whose looks you like do and adjust it for yourself.

6’5 215 bulking to 225. First time doing a slow bulk (aka not eating McDonald’s everyday). Is 12-16 weeks long enough for that or do I need to plan on bulking til the end of the year?

12-16 weeks for 10lbs sounds ok.

Before a workout i do very light weight and squeeze hard. But to gain said MMC i used a pencil, sitting at home i retract my scapula laying down with a pencil on my spine until i knew the exact feeling. Doing this on weed helped me seperate and isolate the muscles but that couod be argued (the use of weed)
And also posing in a mirror to watch the muscles contract and note "okay that feeling is this muscle contracting" also knowing what muscles to tence for secondary work during movments ect

Nah I just carry alot of fat on my chest for some reason. When I was skinny before I started lifting my chest was flat

I did have an MRI as part of a study, and I weirdly seem to carry more fat around my chest. This was at 8% too, giving the illusion my chest is bigger than it is. Don't know why.

I've always had high E2 though, naturally and not naturally, could be related.
