I used it to reach 475 deadlift, 330 3x5 squat, and 225 3x5 bench, weighing 200 lbs. So yes, it is.

depends on your frame

a 150lb dude at 6 months of SS will have different lifts to a 250lb dude. a year of consistent training could get a bigger guy to 1000lb club pretty reliably.

you can look good moving baby weight. if you only care about looking good then get off SS and move onto a PPL or something

SS/SL/etc don't have nearly enough volume if your goal is aesthetics. those programs certainly are lower body centric which aren't that big of a deal for normies. just don't look chicken legged.

What program do I go on if the only thing I care about is powerlifting Records. Aesthetics are 100% unimportant to me and I just want to be strong

I was hoping to move to a more aesthetic centric plan when I hit 70kg for my bench judging by other dudes who are on Jow Forums my strength is pretty pathetic. so I'm not sure if I stick with SL 5x5 or go to volume/aesthetics based stuff.

Bench 67.5kg 5/5/5/4/4 (couldnt get 5x5)

squat is 90kg 5x5

OHP 47.5 5/5/4/4/4 (couldnt get 5x5)

Deadlift 127.5kg x 5
(used to do 100kg 3x10 on a brosplit)

Barbell curl 30kg 5x5

Dips (BW 3x10) I am rollercoastering between 80 - 84kg every few weeks because I eat like a fkn retard.

I dont think I could do any of these for 3x10 so should I

A) keep doing SL 5x5 until I can

or

B) just do these weights for 3x10 and if I fail I fail move on to next set/exercise?

I definitely got stronger fairly quick but am always super afraid of not making the absolute most progress my body is capable of.

Also aesthetics are like 70% of the reason I lift with strength being like 30%
