Bruh, there are so many techniques in arm wrestling that give you an edge over the opponent its unbelievable. Its not actually a pure strength competition as you would think, its a competition of who can cheat more, or counter your opponents grip more.

Olivier doesn't have Marfans. He had pectus as an independent deformity. In those cases it's usually environmental, not enough vitamin D in the mother so calcium is not utilized properly and the ribcage is soft in utero too long allowing the sternum to sink in. The taller you get the more the ribcage grows and the more severe the pectus excavatum gets.
Also, if you have Marfans you aren't going to be able to bodybuild... at all.

The reason you wouldn't bodybuild is also tendons like rubber bands and weak thin bones.
Further more other characteristics are extremely small hands and skulls in relation to body size, as well as short torsos and small skulls with very weak jaws and thin faces. They also have short and often down turned collar bones.
Marfans is due to a connective tissue disorder. It is literally why the lack of tension on their bones leads to unusual upward height.
The only trait Olivier has was the pectus excavatum. That can occur independently, usually is not associated with other disorders.

Nothing else fits, he has long clavicles, big joints, big hands, huge skull etc...

There are other 7ft people without Marfans and others who have Pectus Excavatum - both independent of any other disorders.
