Pizza is fine if you're anabolic since nothing will really fuck you up anyway, but for most people it will fatten them up on a bulk if used frequently.

fat macros are overstated for the average natty trying to gain without getting fat. The only reason low fat diets lower testosterone is because of the lack of cholesterol associated with not eating fat.

2-3 soft boiled eggs per day will make up for whatever hormonal problems you get from eating low fat, plus you'll get the insulin benefits of a high carb, high protein diet. Making calories is the only tough part, unfortunately.
