I've heard some people talk about using the smallest doses you possibly can while still making progress, with the premise being that in the long run you'd need less gear at a higher level. For example, Jordan Peters talked in one video about starting with maybe 300mg of test, then working your way up to 400, 500, 600, etc. as you need more, then adding other compounds in the same way.

I think this concept extends to not using gear before you're well along in your training career (i.e. not before you "need" it). Obviously, very few people follow that rule.

What are your thoughts, /fraud/?

As for staying natty longer, thats retarded. You're only young once.

Blast and cruise simply implies switching between compounds used.
A blast typically involves higher doses of test and can be combined with other compounds. Going back into cruise just means dropping down to lower test levels and ussually dropping other compounds to get your health markers back in check for the next blast.

get your training and diet in check, find a compound that you respond to and can manage the sides tjem increase the dose every blast thats the road im on atleast

A bigger guy is going to need to actually build way more muscle mass and be way stronger to look proportionally as big as a smaller guy

I started my first blast in mid february and I'm ending it in early june.
I plan to cycle off and blast again in late January 2019. Is this acceptable compared to cruising? I am concerned that if I cruised then I would be shutdown for more than a year and it would be difficult to come off

Yeah, I've been thinking about this a lot lately, it's why I asked.

I've been watching the Reddit threads, with a bunch of people taking what I think are big doses (for their weight, of course). There are some people there who are taking a half gram or a gram of tren on top of test and orals when they only weigh 180 or 200 lb. What would they need to really get big and weigh 250 or 275? Or 300? What about over 300? Fuck, I've seen a couple people starting to use HGH and slin before they've really filled out their frames.

I wonder how far I can get with that basic cycle of 500mg test. Can I just ride that out for a series of cycles and end up taking similar doses to those guys while weighing something more like 250 instead of 200? Or are they just using way more gear than they need, and will be able to ride that out for several more cycles and get much bigger?

As an example, look at the guy I mentioned, Jordan Peters. He's planning to be about 245 on stage, and he's taking about 700mg of test, mast, and tren in his prep. Those aren't anything crazy like .

Exactly the situation I'm thinking about. At your weight, do you think you would even have had diminished results from running much simpler, smaller cycles?

I think sticking to a simple test cycle with some minor tren would yield the exact same results. (500mg test 200mg tren vs. 500mg test 1g tren).

I still feel like I run way too much, I manage to gain muscle on cruises (200-250mg) at a consistent rate.
Adding more helps but not alot and I hit ceilings hard at higher doses.

Maybe in the future I need more, but I'm convinced that even on copious amounts of gear you still can only put on so much.

GH/peptides/certain Sarms will enhance recovery of things like tendons and connective tissue. There is nothing really specialised for recovery in the manner you're thinking of, if you're running Tren you're a bodybuilder and you need to understand that all AAS will help with recovery. You need to tweak your diet if you're sore all the time while running tren.

Shit like EPO and exotics exist for endurance sports but we don't deal with much of that in bodybuilding. EQ and drugs that enhance red blood cell count might be of use, but you're trading that for other side effects.

Those are two different things. Deca is popular for recovery, so is ostarine which is a SARM.

I was thinking of looking into BPC-157. Most of my pain is shit that I think was latent from before blasting, like tennis elbow and minor back stiffness.

What could I do differently diet wise?

More food.

More fats specifically.

Up the fats, especially the Omega 3's. More protein can also help, looking towards fatty fish and things like grass-fed beef will help with the omega 3 intake.

If you had pain before blasting, you need to get your joints in order as collagen synthesis is altered when on AAS (some for the good, some not)

It's worth springing for the extra on food. I never gave a fuck about it before and made progress, but since I've slacked off training and focused on diet I've really seen some benefits to spending that little bit more on the better alternatives.

That said, there is absolutely nothing wrong with buying the cheaper stuff.

I spend a lot on food. I agree that it's worth it to Shell out the few extra dollars to get higher quality. In my area grass fed is a huge jump in price and the one thing I just can't splurge for. Think 7-10$ per lb. For solid cuts of regular beef then 20$+ for grass fed. The restaurants must be buying it all up or something.
