bros, I gave been doing nofap for 75 days now, meditating, and eating healthy. Im taking my vitamins and getting like 9 hours of sleep a night. Ive gone from 145 to about 160 since january and Im pretty lean still. (gained a bit of fat from not eating right for a few months). I feel great 99% of the time, but my body is so tired that sometimes I
cant get my girlfriend off as easily conpared to before I started lifting. The sex itself is better because I have more power, but I just got so tired that my dick just goes soft on me (not all the time, about 50% of the time). I have to take it slow or else I get to tired to get her off. Is this normal? Im lifting 3 days a week and Im in the gym for about 2.5 hours each time. should I dial back how often Im having sex (about 5 times a week)?

The only time I had low libido from lifting wasn't actually from lifting itself, but from starving myself and overtraining with weights and cardio towards the end of my cut. Had to remind me to bust a nut, shit was weird and not normal, hated it.

This. Cutting too hard is suffering: low libido, constantly tired, and angry. I hated everyone on my cut, I avoided people as much as possible. No energy at all.

Im having sex like 5 times a week so your point is moot. I agree fapping isnt the devil but Im using it to get away from porn.

ill finish my 90 day nofap comittment and give it a try. I basically wanted to be able to fap without porn anyway, it was impossible for me before nofap (which is why I wanted to go atleast 90 days)

In any case maybe ease up, or do half your workout early and the other half later in the day. You need to respect your body when you're pushing it as hard as you are.

This: Find out your TDEE and track your calories on MyFitnessPal. I used to be tired out all the time and it turned out I wasn't getting anyway near enough carbs (like 200g compared to 375g now). So count your macros and see if that's an issue. Also drink at least 4L of water a day

No, the libido thing had to do with an ED thing.

In reality their libido is back to normal but the damage that porn has done is in many cases so extensive that it can take years for their natural libido to go back to normal.
They can go back to being porn addicts who can't get off from PnV and end up with divergent sexuality and ED if they want though

You're more then likely completely knackered and your lowered libido is the first sign of overtraining.
Oh, and if you're taking Creatine, stop.
It wrecks your libido and ability to get it up.
You'll be back to normal in a month and if you've been taking it for a while you'll still see some benefit of it for 30 days or so after you cease using it, so just cycle on and off if you want to keep wood and see creatine gains.

dont stretch before working out

just do a quick warm up with a mini band and then some warm up sets

do some stretches in between sets and lower you time in the gym to around 1.5-2 hrs
