With earth bending,you can suffocate someone under ground,just one tap with your foot and the enemy is underground.
With wind ,you can drain the air around a certain object and choke him,or take it out from his body.
With fire,well its just deadly,I ques you can make a super big fire and burn everything.
It still baffles me how the fire benders,don't get melted in the fires they produce.

You only need a little bit of pressure to damage the brain enough to give them seizure, make them lose consciousness or even die. Extremely energy efficient and quick. Yes, you can kill people too with the other styles. Accelerate a small rock dart fast enough to act like an arrow or slow bullet. Set them on fire. However, nothing is as quick, certain and energy efficient as a direct, instantaneous attack on the brain.

Cerebrospinal fluid has water content of over 99%. Blood contains about 93% water. In comparison, sea water contains about 96% water due to primarily salinity and secondarily pollution and impurities. Don't fucking tell me they can bend sea water no problem but they can't bend cerebrospinal fluid when in the shitty sequel it is shown that earth benders can bend metal just fine.
