eat maintenance, high protein, and focus on the gym. Get on a split now that is you increasing big compounds but with plenty of accessory work.

2 reasons I'm going for 200 lbs right now:
1) I like it when I meet a goal completely. It's hard to put something behind me if I haven't done that - if I can't lift those #s at 200 lbs it'll haunt me a bit.
2) A friend of mine is trying to lose weight - I'm giving it a go, too. If I can cut to 200 it'll help convince her that cutting calories works.
Thanks for the advice though. I've been doing a stripped down 5/3/1 BBB routine (basically just the big lifts + a little ab work). If I'm going to bulk to 235 should I stick with that or go with a different routine? 235 is 20 lbs heavier than I've ever been so I have no idea what I should be doing to get there other than eating more.

Yeah natty been powerlifting for about 6 years, 2 years prior lifting all bodyweight squats pullups dips etc.
For legs I squat 2x-3x a week. Less frequently now that I've switched over to a more hypertrophy centered approach.
