I make so much sacrifices in my personal life for gym, I turn down partying and drinking, I have quitted joys like eating tasty food, and I'm not even making any serious gains anymore. After almost 7 years of natty lifting I have created an impressive by the normie physiques, but with clothes on I don't even look that jacked...I only look good without clothes...and I'm really wondering...is it worth it lifting as a natty? Seems like I waste so much time and money, for mediocore results.

bro natty lifting is NOT worth it if your in it for tha muscle gains, if youre doing it for the healthy lifestyle and longevity then absolutely thats fine, but people like jon skywalkers physique is only attainable with a decent amount of steroids.

This mean that if your test was say somewhere around 400-500 before, afterward it will be in the upper 700s or more because of how you are composed. Your scare tactics do not fucking work.

lifting natty is worth it if you're shooting for lifelong fitness and health past your physical prime - 30s, 40s, 50s, etc. if you're roiding, you will be fucked by your mid thirties.

Even after all of that. Even after a decade plus of consistent and occasionally hard training starting from when you are at least 15 you will not have mass like that at a bodyfat that low.
