>Literally 3 deadlift trainings before that, 4th deadlift session of my entire life, and 4th consecative day of deadlifts and my 1 rep max is 200kg natty as a 19yo in 4 days..
Gonna get 300kg in less than 2 months guaranteed. Why are you bros limiting yourselves so much?
>not an obese fuck >no smith machine >no bait >no video
Here you go brahs.
Also I am doing high reps because I have shit form and wanna fix that. Not gonna jump straight into fucking 1RM testing like a fucking retard and snap my back just because you wanna see it immediately.
Gonna do a 300 after some weeks and properly peak to a 1 rep max.
>sumo >bad form thats like 90 kg conventional bud nothing impressive
Samuel Powell
sumo is cheating lol amarite :D
Isaiah Morales
you litteraly add about 30% more weight because you shorten your ROM thats like saying you can bench 120kg because you can put it down half the way to your chest
he pulled conventional because it wouldnt count as a deadlift otherwise you fucking brainlet SHORTER ROM=YOU CAN LIFT MORE WEIGHT thats self evident fuck go and try it and see for yourself
Alexander Gonzalez
Sumo is easier and you can't prove that you haven't been training longer
Jordan Williams
You'd be better doing a couple of sets of fewer reps and focus on form if that's your goal. And you're doing touch and go deadlifts which won't help with your form at all especially as the position you're setting the bar down isn't repeatable.
You'd be lucky to pull 160kg desu senpai.
Aaron Scott
oh shit i didn't even realize you were doing that by calculator. that does not translate to a 200kg pull. fuck it i like your attitude though. keep going brah you're going to make it.
Ryder Walker
Damn you are seriously beyond saving. Stop being a bitch and limiting yourselves.
>You can't prove that you haven't been training longer. Yes. But I do have a vid I uploaded 2 or 3 days ago that is private when I asked help from Jow Forums about my form, but nobody helped me. I can make it public if you wanna
Elijah Green
shit's good for a beginner though. just slow it down and get the form right.
Ryan Flores
Thanks. I will try to fix my form and then I will get that 222kg x10 and post it on here. (because I don't have enough weights at the moment for a 300kg)
Then I will buy more weights and do a 1 rep max
Brayden Stewart
Convential deadlifts aren’t allowed in strongman, you dingus
Jace Long
nobody gonna say anything about this guys feet?
nigger has feet like abe sapien
Jason Lewis
Meant sumo, excuse the retardation
Aiden Young
>sumo Never gonna make it.
Cooper Sanders
>not having gorilla feet never gonna make it
Actually I can manage todo a 252x7 which is 302kg 1RM
are you sure these plates are as heavy as you think? your equipment looks rusted, and if you're new to lifting I guess it's some old equipment handed down to you or second hand
Sebastian Thompson
It is rubber. Also it is what it says. I weighted it because it was cheap and looked pretty dodgy
Ethan Martinez
gey
Andrew Baker
>straps for 122kg
Carson Cook
you can deadlift 252 kg for 7 reps? kek post video
Landon Green
No I meant I could find the weight for it. In time I will post it tho no problem. Just give me a few weeks I can obviously just grip it, but I just don't want grip to even be a factor or something I think about. I tested my grip and i can hold 4 plates double overhand
Daniel Perez
Your forearms won't hold 200kg if youre strapping for 122. Also, sumo is literally cheating, as is using a calculator for your 1RM. Report back with a video of you doing an actual 1RM conventional deadlift before making a thread.
Adam Wright
You just did better than you thought you would, and you're young, so it makes sense that you have a "no limits" attitude. Just wait a couple years down the line when your progress stalls or decreases, we'll see what your attitude is like then.
Joseph Thompson
i'm gonna lmao at your "200kg" 1rm just like i'm gonna lmao when you get a hernia from such god awful form
Joshua Butler
Yeah I wanna see what you gonna bitch about when i post that 252x7
>sumooo cheatting >fake weight >calculators aren't reall >you are lying about this you have trained since you were 8 in a chinese weightlifting team
we will see.
Thomas Smith
why don't you just do the 200kg now? that would be something to show us. try to lower the rep range. something like a 10 or 8x3 is going to get you stronger than that.
Connor Watson
Ok, but not today. Also I don't do 8x3 or anything like that I just warm up and do 1 set. I already have a hernia and a neck injury brah
