You'd be better doing a couple of sets of fewer reps and focus on form if that's your goal. And you're doing touch and go deadlifts which won't help with your form at all especially as the position you're setting the bar down isn't repeatable.

are you sure these plates are as heavy as you think? your equipment looks rusted, and if you're new to lifting I guess it's some old equipment handed down to you or second hand

why don't you just do the 200kg now? that would be something to show us. try to lower the rep range. something like a 10 or 8x3 is going to get you stronger than that.
