Going above 13% bodyfat was the BIGGEST mistake i've ever made regarding fitness. I am making this thread so at least one person learns from my mistake and does not fall for this
DO NOT go above that bodyfat. Look at people like JJ and blaha. They look like absolute shit while most likely having some muscle. If you want to look good being LEAN is the NUMBER ONE priority. It's better to be LEAN and LESS muscular than FAT and MORE muscular
I only went up to 16% and it's been weeks and weeks of demoralizing lifts going down, looking like shit, and low calorie/EC stack mood swings
Go down to 10-12% and eat maintenance or a slight 250 surplus forever. Every once in a while you'll need to do a light cut, which you will just incorporate cardio for
Agree with you one hundred percent. As a natural there is literally no reason to “bulk.” Lift hard at a slight surplus and throw in some cardio when the abs start to disappear
Nathan Kelly
It's sort of autistic to monitor bf% religiously like you do. Its not like your an athlete and the club doctor measure it every odd day.
12% or 15% people wont even notice
Michael Williams
15% is optimal, no exceptions.
Brody Allen
agree 100%, except you wont look like SHIT at 16%, but you should never hit 20%
Robert Clark
I looked and felt like shit at 18% Now I am 11% and I feel great
Blake Reed
Just do intermittent fasting 1500 calorie deficits for 2 weeks and you'll be at your target.
Aaron Richardson
>still absolute fat ass at 19 BMI
Fuck me when will this end?
Luis Harris
You just won't ever get mass with this logic, like you'll look like you do now forever following this. Which is fine with some people, not fine with other people
Nicholas Wood
Bulk +500 calories for 6 weeks, cut -1500 calories for 2 weeks
user, those futureless degenerate are "The color". The jokes. The tards they point to and laugh. The thing that the magician puts into one hand to make the idiot audience give their undevided attention while they drop the ball out of the other hand. Yale is still very much a white male but also heavily jewish and now rich university.
Asher Gray
+250 calorie surplus is 26 pounds gained in a year
that's not enough to add mass for you? do you think you are going to add 26lbs of lean mass in a year anyway?
Jordan Harris
>Going above 13% bodyfat was the BIGGEST mistake i've ever made regarding fitness You mean never going above 13% bf is the best way to spin your wheels and continue to look dyel while you complain about not having a 1pl8 bench.
Samuel Allen
what are your lifts, OP?
Jack Allen
this, I'm at 12% and I'm leaning down to 10%, so I can forever stay in the 10-12% range for the rest of my life 200 calorie surplus is ALL you need
Christopher Ramirez
should i cut if skinny fat 155lb 5'10 iv been told cutting as skinny fat is meme since u just end up wasting ur time looking like even more shit
Logan Scott
NO! just lift, you can worry about if you need to cut 6 months from now
Liam Barnes

Ok....just to be fair. At 16% you certainly don't look like shit, now that's above 20%. So between 15% and 20% you definitely don't look good. But a blatant shit is too much. Just sayin'...
