This board is fucking stupid as fuck. If you want to lose weight you dont eat alot of protein, excess protein gets converted into glucose and raises your insuline which is the fat making hormone. Insuline is really the problem most of the times with fat people.

I should add I'm cutting cause this board told me the only way out of skinnyfat is to hit auschwitz mode first. I started at 25+% bodyfat at the same weight and now I'm 13% I just have no core. I feel like I should bulk and go crazy on ab isolations.

Navy body fat calculator says I'm 13%. I think that's what low bodyfat with lack of muscle mass looks like. My face is so lean my cheeks go in, how can I be 18%?
