How many shits should one be having each day?

One before i do my warm up sets for squat or dead and another im before that in morning

I take 2-3 even when cutting

I usually eat 4 times a day but just find what works for you, and if you have trouble getting it all down liquid calories work good for reaching macros

My wife also has this. She however does not consider it to be a positive thing.

I usually take 2-3 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon and every once in a while one before bed. I take all of my shits at work so it doesn't bother me.

Jesus, I shit like once every 2-3 days. All reasonably sized, flush easy. Spend like 2 minutes in the bathroom whenever I need to. It rockets out of me and I move on with my day. It sounds like your pansy dainty weak assholes can barely hold any shit.
