retarded americans dont eat yolks?

>uncucked vs cucked

Yolks contain all the nutrients..

dietary cholesterol has little to no affect on blood level cholesterol.

eat the yolk

If you want to get yoked you gotta eat the yolk

See you in 20 years when you’re dying of heart disease, you fucking idiots

Bulk = Yolk
Maintenance = Some yolks
Cut = No yolk

The shell has all the nutrimites

ALL OF IT
but the little red foetus, fuck this shit

Depends if you're eating a high volume of eggs daily. 2-3 yolks a day shouldn't fuck you up too bad.

are you 10?

>He thinks yolk will give you heart disease

Perhaps it's all that crap you eat.

boomerscience

"Do I eat food that people have been eating since the first chicken domestication?"

I have no idea why people pretend that BASIC and WHOLE foods are somehow bad now. You should be concerned about protein powders or energy drinks or fucking dirty bulk on McDicks, not basic foods

YOLK

ALWAYS YOLK

Why even bother if you don’t eat the yolk? It’s literally the best part.

From your own link:

The discovery half a century ago that high blood cholesterol levels were strongly associated with an increased risk for heart disease triggered numerous warnings to avoid foods that contain cholesterol, especially eggs and liver. However, scientific studies show a weak relationship between the amount of cholesterol a person consumes and his or her blood cholesterol levels (22)

In studies of more than 80,000 female nurses, Harvard researchers found that consuming about an egg a day was not associated with higher risk of heart disease. (4, 23) However, people who have heart disease or diabetes should monitor egg consumption.

>only eating 2 eggs for breakfast

I usually have 3

Good thing then humans make more cholesterol than they ever need for that purpose

Why are those onions so under-cooked? You should have sautéed them with the chorizo. Also is that cinnamon on top of your eggs?

I don't like them sauteed. I prefer them raw or just cooked a little bit. I cook them with the eggs to give the eggs some of their flavor

It's cayenne mixed with paprika

>reading this as I'm eating my daily 3 scrambled eggs

A-am I gonna die?

What was your cholesterol at your last physical?

Oh ok nice, yeah I thought I was the only one who liked onions with eggs and some cheese, makes such a tasty omelette. I only like raw onions with steak or or grilled meat though, goes well with the charcoal flavor.

did you even read it?

Look if I thought yolks were bad for me I wouldn't eat eggs at all.
Who the fucks buys eggs only to throw half of it away?

Im 28 and never had a physical
Used to smoke 1-2 packs a day for 10 years
Used to be raging alcoholic

Yeah I'm probably gomna die today because I had three , count them, THREE yolks

Im fairly certain they sell little cartons of just egg whites .

But i get your point.

Le funny meme

>Im fairly certain they sell little cartons of just egg whites.
all memes aside do americans really do this? This is deep fried butter level of funny.

I didn't say you were going to die today, retard. But considering you seem to treat your body like shit, you probably have high cholesterol and should avoid the eggs if you are getting a lot of saturated fats in your diet.

lmao read before you try to use it as an argument against him

it literally backs him up

>tons of baking applications
>cheaper and less processed than protein powder with similar or even better macros

>cheaper and less processed than protein powder
ah, now I see it and I'm jealous

No
>cut, just barely enough yolk, and hardly any fats from anything else
This is the correct answer
