Bulking is the easiest fucking thing in the world. High calorie food is cheap as FUCK. You don't need any hacks, just take in a fuck load of calories and lift.

That's the only way I can cut. I can withstand not eating earlier in the day, but the last 5-7 hours I'm up can be fucking horrible so it's best I just save up all my calories and stuff my face within a few hours. I also pound waters and black coffee all day.
