>lumbar doms
>neck and core doms
L carnitine and 300 calories carbs 15-20 minutes later to transport it into the cells. Muscles still tired, but DOMS say bye bye.

Am i the only one who doesnt get DOMS unless i havent worked out that muscle in ages? For example i was neglecting legs and then did a killer leg work and and the next day my legs were fucked.
Did an even harder workout after a little rest and no DOMS at all.
Its driving me insane thinking im doing something wrong.
>forearm doms
I did 8 sets of pull-ups instead of usual 5 and got lat doms. Body adjusts to a certain amount of training.
Or another example, I was legpressing for weeks and had no doms in legs but when I did 4x10 of lightweight BB squats I got some sweet inner tights and glute doms.
that's normal.
Also, DOMS has nothing to do with gains.
That's normal
Perfectly normal, nothing to worry about. Keep lifting bro
>tendinitis that i think is doms
i still haven't ever gotten chest doms. Am i benching poorly? Not even when I first started lifting have I gotten chest doms.
