I'm coming back from 9 months of being fucked over by inconsistency. Past weeks have been absolutely amazing for me: started judo, returned to boxing as well, sprained my ankle which made me switch my running regimen to uphill cycling, which I discoverd I fucking enjoy a lot.

Lost 7kg in 2 months and regained almost all PR's. Feels good. Stay strong bros. We're all gonna make it.

Could I get a bf% estimate as well as tips for shredding the remainder of that belly flap? I've always had trouble with it.

15-16ish. Only tips to get rid of belly fat is either keep cutting for as long as you need to for it to go away or work your abs on a bulk.

I work out like 4 times a week n do cardio like 5 times a week. Started lifting only in April when finally got out of uni, was fat but not overweight.

Why are you cutting at 6’2 180? And it’s either bloat or you have weird looking obliques. You should be bulking and not cutting... build up your lats and shoulders and your obliques won’t stick out like a sore thumb.

Your obliques are normal, you have wide hips just like me, and when we are pumped, our obliques make us look even wider. If it bothers you, make your lats and delts as big as possible

Do you drink milk? I usually drink at least a pint of whole milk before bed and when I wake up (in addition to my normal diet) when bulking. Make sure you’re getting enough sleep.

If you ever plan on being lean after, then don't do this. You are at a good pace already, usually it's recommended to gain anywhere from 700g to at max 1,5 kg a month

Just work hard and eat healthy. You will get stronger.

I started at 79kg in March after a rough breakup. Im now 71kg. Ive been doing a variety of lifts, mainly benchpress, deadlift, and a whole lot of dumbbell exercises. I feel more confident than ever, but im obviously far from satisfied. Any advice would be appreciated.
