For starters people have different fat storage genetics, some people have fortuante/unfortunate fat deposits on their chest, which make their chests look wider and bigger, some have fat deposits right underneath their nipples which makes them look like shit unless they're really lean.

Just because you saw people training with light weight high volume on roids doesn't mean it doesn't work on natties.
Volume is all that matters for muscle growth in natties, everything else is irrelevant, including resistance as long as it is on a minimum of 30%1RM.

And it's a commercial gym, most of the frauds there probably don't even know how to roid properly much less how to train properly. They must be doing huge doses. There are guys who told me about their roid use (mostly older dudes) and i couldn't believe they weren't natty. If they were lifting heavy they would blow the fuck up.

Frequency is relevant in naturals but as long as you train a muscle group hard once a week, adding more sessions doesn't really benefit you that much if volume is controlled for, intensity is not unless by intensity what you mean to refer to is "rate of effort", in which case it does matter, basically as long as you do a "hard set" it doesn't matter if you did 6 reps or 30 reps, it's all the same as long as you reach a certain ammount of muscular strain.

Beating a test once or twice a year doesn't really say anything, if someone wants to prove they are actually natural and not just tapering off for competitions then they need to be randomly tested every month or so and that is still not a guarantee since many compounds are not detectable. For instance you can stay on gh and come off steroids to maximise gains and will beat a drug test.

Secondly, almost everyone thought my chest was too big. Now my chest is much smaller but everything looks proportioned and my neck has healed.
