>Will training forearms made my grip strong?

Will working out my chest make my chest bigger?

What do you think

Yes.

Doing the big 3 compound lifts will grow your forearms.

You can train them specifically by picking up heavy shit and holding it for as long as you can.

So are one hand hangs great?

Farmers walks, pinching plates, barbell shrugs, anything that involves holding on to heavy shit for an extended period of time.

>using human excrement
just use plates like a normal person

>big 3
>grow forearms
no

>hurrdurr big 3 works every muscle group sufficiently
Work out for atleast a year and a hf before giving advice

As someone who trains grip specifically and with a 4pl8 DOH and a 3pl8 axle DOH I’m not pathetic in the grip department.
>pinch strength
Make yourself some pinch blocks and power pin. I use a small bit of 2x4, 4x4 and a softball. Drive a long ass eye bolt through them. Load up the pin, hook it on and hold. I try a block for a week, aiming for 3x30 seconds and up the weight when I get it.
>wrist curls
Do them or get a wrist roller and do that
>grippers
Not useful unless you want to close grippers, there’s a special way to set and close them, watch a video if you’re curious. For general strength I would do finger curls instead
>get in the habit of holding your last rep of dead’s or rows as long as you can
>extensors
Get yourself a pack of ironmind bands and use them, don’t be a poorfag

How big are you hands? Measure from tip of middle finger to wrist crease. How old are you?

Having big meaty forearms as a man is necessary.
When they are big and defined, women go crazy over them.
Defined,remember this.

barbell and reverse barbell curls are the best way to train your elbow flexors and forearms, the small curling motion at the top of every rep with your wrist hits the forearms hard, I actually had to stop curling with a barbell due to how my forearms felt shot ever time I did them.

>Doing the big 3 compound lifts will grow your forearms.
Don't listen to this parrot.

I did armwrestling for 2 years and yeah these exercises are but also add hammer curls, fat grip barbell holds/rolling thunder and rubber band from your side and rotate your hand inward. Holding the hand with the thumb up with the rubber band either at the top of the hand or bottom and rotate inward.

What do you think of wrist rollers?
I just wan't very defined forearms.
Forearms like this are my goal.
Can I achieve it with wrist roller?

Wrist rollers are great for pump, but I think wrist curls is better for wrist strenght

Probably. Going up a rock wall in a gym is probably also decent. Do an easy route and then use your arms to pull (instead of your legs) most of the way up. You'll get an insane pump in your forearms.

I just wan't the aesthetics man.
I have this homemade wrist roller.
Would this be enough to give me meaty forearms?
And defined.
Is 12x3 a good place to start?

OP here, thanks a lot!

best forearms workout I did so far was laying bricks. Holding a trowel works your forearms so damn hard.

chin up
hammer curl
farmer walk

just squeeze harder.

that's what she said
