Best advice someone ever gave me:

If you want girls to like you, stop being ridiculous and just have fun

Stop being a pussy and realize nobody gives a flying fuck about you

This one makes me feel better when I think about who I thought I would be when I was 16 compared to now at 26

Just do things, don't stay in your comfort zone stop being a pussy and do what men fucking do.

>You either go through life breaking hearts or getting your heart broken

>world is what you make it, so stay positive
>love yourself and love people
>keep going

just be yourself, serious, just dont be a dick and remember people typically want to be nice and the good guy
women are not mythical creatures, just moody humans with cunts
a shitty workout is better then no workout
force yourself to eat healthy and you'll eventually like eating healthy
its cheaper to go to the grocery store for healthy food then going to fastfood shit holes
aim for no more then 35 grams of sugar a day
get out of the house everyday
every board other then Jow Forums is shit and not worth your time
Jow Forums is full of retarded turbo losers and everything they say is troll bait or just wrong

My advice to you,

There are 7 billion people on earth. You don't need to please everyone. Focus on the ones that matter.

If you're cool to people they will be cool to you

what am i doing wrong

Seriously user. If you take any advice to heart it is that pol is half sarcasm and half mentally ill people.

Depends on your routine, also where’s bi and tri?

hammer curls for forearms sometimes 5x5
no fucks given about flexin a 'cep.
i do it 3x a week t. newfag

If you don't feel confident.
You will never amount to anything.
Know you are worth it.
Something like that.

full body obviously but im thinking adding one shoulder and chest day inbetween

Except that Jow Forums is always right.

I’m not a fan of full body routines, ditched them 3 months into my fitness journey

well, it goes well with my life like that.

You put farmers walk as a meme exercise when it is the best most useful and effective movement you put in your routine.

i also do weighted dips sometimes, but not usually, like 1 outta 3 session. weighted pullups are great too imo. rest is weakling bullshit but gotta start somewhere

Quit your job and start a business/start feeelancing
>control your schedule
>make as much as you're willing to
>motivation through the roof
>less hours, generally more pay if you're in a good industry
and this should be easy as FUCK for you Jow Forumsfags since personal trainers have literally 100% margins barring advertising
I have three businesses myself(I'm only 22, so lots of time to scale) and it's extremely freeing. I've never used my college degree, it was a waste.

If you wanna do full body, check ICF 5x5, it’s solid

no its not

If you want to look massive you need a big chest

If you want a big chest you have to get your bench press up

if you want to get a big bench, you'll have to have strong rhomboids or else you get shoulder impingement

if you want strong rhomboids you have to have a strong deadlift with good form (upper back straight)

If you want to deadlift a lot with good form you have to have strong hip extensors, so that they can do the concentric work of the deadlift

if you want to have strong hip extensors you have to lowbar squat heavy with hip drive

to get your squat up and to learn the movement best squat 3x/week

>tfw rippetoe was right all along

>goblet squat kb 3x5
Why so low? Unless it's a 100Kg kettlebell that aint enough reps to get shit done.

i just started bud, still trying to perfect squat form, both in goblet and normal squat

life advice
>if someone is blaming everyone around them except for themselves, they are a problem, not people around them

this one helped me to figure out what kind of people i surrounded myself with and after i got away from them i realized they actually were the problem

>mfw when it's true

Lmfao the absolute state of white cucks, Pol is right on some things. Stupid fucking white faggot

But are you freelance drawing furry porn on tumblr or what?

>Jow Forums is full of retarded turbo losers and everything they say is troll bait or just wrong
i somewhat agree, specially about nolife losers. but they are proven right pretty often.

If you want something to be done right, do it yourself.

/lit/ and /his/ tho

>Pol
can you tourists fuck off of this website already?

If you feel something don't let peer pressure manipulate you

People who don't make any effort to improve themselves are afraid of those who do

Its perfectly fine to hold a grudge. If it meant much to you, you should be honest with yourself

what are your businesses? all of the benefits you listed have me intrigued

Don't be yourself, be better than yourself

T-thanks mark

>Just be urself
nice advice my man

So why do all people who do SS have shit upper bodies tiny upper arms a trash midsection and TREX legs.

It's not for looks as the SS defenders say. It's for STARTING STRENGTH!
So stop shilling that trash program and stupid as fuck ideology that has never produced any of what you speak to stupid as fuck noobs who don't know any better and will either snap their shit up or become so frustrated and hateful towards lifting that they'll drag the entire damned world down into the mud when your bullshit inevitably fails to produce a single goddamned thing that they want.

Don't lift so you can 'treat yourself' with junk food as a reward.
Lift and keep a good balanced diet.
Treat yourself at social meals with friends or work colleagues.

They get super butthurt when you have start/main/desert and you throw it back like it's just a regular meal. Remain disciplined to the cause.
Also, deadlifts GOAT

Drink more water.
When running, going uphill slows you down more than going downhill speeds you up.
For more effective cardio, read up on what the lactate threshold is and train exactly there.
