I forgot to mention that I've had quite the transformation over my years. I guess I began on my fitness journey all the way back in January of 2012 where I weighed in at 230 pounds (after having pneumonia for a week so more likely around 235-240). I spent most of my depressed time playing vidya and eating trash. I then dropped about 90-100 pounds and ended up pretty skinnyfat as shown in the pic on the left. This took me in the realm of 18-24 months. I wish I would've taken progress pictures along the way but those fatties out there know that the last thing they want to do is take a picture shirtless. DO IT FAGGOT, YOU WILL REGRET NOT SEEING WHAT YOU LOOKED LIKE. And the picture on the right is at about 190 lbs and probably 15-18% bodyfat. I'd like to lean out as I'd probably look joocy but cba to eat less than 2500 calories at the moment. Especially with having a gf of 3 years, I am very comfortable.

Ehh in some sense but not really. I could cut 15 pounds and look completely different. It'd be nice to cut but when I go into the gym and I feel weak then it's a big demotivator to go hard in the gym.
