But i can cut butter no problem, it is not a big part of my diet just a thing to throw in with chicken sometimes when I am not eating other saturated fats

it's not that fat has estrogen, it's just that butter is the shittiest possible dairy product in existance because it is the most concentrated source of dietary estrogens and lactation related hormones in the human diet, it's much much more concentrated than cheese, and not even comparable to milk.

I consume a high saturated fat diet, from meat eggs and animal fat such as lard. I don't fuck with dairy products at all. I am willing to bet I have better conditioning than anyone in this thread.

False, I tried, Same level of dryness but less muscle pop, probably due to lower hormone production. Conditioning is dictated by activity more so than diet, I feel bad for all the kids I see dieting down hard and cutting saturated fats, natural sugars, and sodium/potassium to get conditioned when in fact all they are doing is going back to DYEL mode.
