eventually it goes away, and you wont be sore anymore, even if you go every day
and you will miss it so.
DOMS goes away after a couple weeks and wont come back until you skip working out for a couple weeks and start again , then it will come back HARD
Not OP but in the same boat. My legs and arms have been sore every day for the past 2 months.
Its actually great for sleeping but I doubt I will miss it if it ever goes away.
You'll stop getting it after a while and I've found stretching helps quite a bit, though I'm sure someone here can explain why that will actually give you cancer

Give it some time, maybe take a hot shower. It'll pass dude. First time I had heavy doms it lasted a few days so be patient
