I used to do a fuckton of cycling too and worked myself up to the point where I could do some insane distances. Go back to the city for a few months and I can't even reach half of what I could before. This shit's infuriating.

You either need to watch your form and isolate the areas you want to hit more, or you need to start doing 120 in sets of 30. I like the pyramid method, it gave me stretch marks on my delts within 3 months.

That's 330 pushups in under an hour. At one point I was doing 20 to 30, you get fucking jacked by that point.

I did the same but with 300 pushups for one month. The changes were really noticeable but I was also low body fat too.
