Deltoids are a small muscle that are difficult to grow as a natty. Ironically, they have a very high density of androgenic receptors compared to other muscles, which is why they always blow up when you start pinning test. Easiest way to pick out a roider.

Lads who graduated from skinnyfat mode, did you cut or bulk first? I'm currently bulking, but only a week in. All my lifts are exploding, I'm hesitant to stop.
I never barbell bench desu. My chest is lagging behind but I’ve been trying to fix it with cable flies and dumbbell bench.
My progress was super slow over the course of about five years of screwing around and having no idea what I was doing. My self discipline sucked so I’d lift for like six months then stop for a few months. The first few years I wasn’t lifting but I was eating a ton in college and doing Judo.
Cut first. Not a suicide cut or anything but start working on getting it all together.
Right at the beginning you don't need a whole lot of calories to grow/recover (and realistically, a lot of the very early gains are learning to apply what you already have). You can add more food in gradually as it becomes necessary to handle the training.

I basically just ran a PPLPPLX with cardio starting around 3 days a week and slowly increased it so when I was nearly done was basically doing cardio every day
Did intermittent fasting just because it makes it easier and suits me.
Started at 2400 cals and slowly decreased to about 2100 with a 40-30-30 macro split
