I like to start every workout by staring straight at the floor so hoping nobody notices me and walk to the locker room to blow my nose.

Wake up

GRAB A BRUSH PUT ON A LITTLE MAKEUP

>wake up
>take asthma attack preventative (flixotide)
>rinse mouth out
>go down stairs
>2 scoops of natural whey protein with Milo and Skim milk
>Get on laptop
>Browse internet for 1-2 hours
>Foam roll for a bit in living room
>Goto Garage and start lifting weights

Drink my pre work out, then ride my bike to the gym listening to soft comfy tunes so I’m relaxed for the gym

>sip coffee while reading the news or a book
>drink 5g BCAA with 10g Citrulline Malate

Try eat carbs and protein 2 hours before workout, sit around until I can have a shit, then down a non-stim PWO (creatine, BCAA and B alanine).
Also in this time I try forget my day at work and get in the mindset for the job ahead in the gym

>Stretch upper body and core.
