I've been using Beyond Raw: Lit. I've only used 1 other pre workout before but this one makes my back all tingly which probably means if I don't cycle off eventually my heart will be fucked.

Most have more caffeine in them than you really need. You're better off getting the components that make up pre-workouts and experimenting with what affects you in what ways and coming up with your own recipe.

Do you have a tolerance? When I started taking caffeine sometimes for studying and staying awake on low sleep, 100mg would do me. At my worst it was 600mg on waking and another 400 through the day. Depends on you but if you aren't a habitual coffee drinker, 100mg before workout will be the best. Maybe 200mg if you drink coffee.
Looks pretty standard to me. You'd be better off getting the few ingredients that do anything and skipping the pre-workout alltogether. But since you've ordered already, you'll do fine with that.
