Mix these in a liter of water and sip it throughout the day. The apple cider vinegar and lemon are optional.
You can also do this if you feel lightheaded, weak, dizzy, nauseous, etc., on shorter water fasts. Don’t do this while intermittent fasting.

Honestly it's just about waiting and having patience. The hunger comes in waves so you just have to drink some water and wait for it to go away again. Then be patient and don't count hours, that will drive you nuts. Just accept that you will feel hungry sometimes and that's okay. It will go away.

/nolift/ and fatass here, I'm about 30ish hours into my first snake juice fast and it just occurred to me, what's gonna happen with all the loose flabby skin? I'm starting at 281.4lb @ 5'8" and I'm trying to drop down to 150lb as my goal. Should I even worry about something like that unless I'm like 400 pounds? Could I just build muscle when I'm able to start doing more than a single pushup and make it less noticeable?

Started a fast last night, 13 hours in so far. Yesterday I had a very active day and today I am sore as fuck. Will this go away or should I eat a high protein meal to recover and start my fast from a more recovered state? I don't think I will be able to handle the hunger and sore muscles simultaneously.

IF is pretty forgiving. As long as you have a decent fasting window tomorrow you're fine. You might slow down your progress a tad but you'll be back on track by the next day. Don't worry about an occasional day where you have to go off the IF plan for social reasons, it happens.

I startet intermittent fasting few weeks ago (been kinda cheating till recently) , and im having great weight loss results, ive started around ~102 kg (224 lb) and now week/2weeks later im 99,0 kg (218 lb). Im eating same breakfast every day, 3 pieces of sieve bread with 3 hard boiled eggs and some butter, and the second (last) meal is pretty regular for eastern europe standards. I fast probably for around 19-20hrs a day.
The weird thing is I dont feel hunger pretty much at all, and i wonder if its possible for my case to enter ketosis in the fasting period?
Also if im doing something wrong, please point it out

I'm stuck living at my in-laws and holy fuck it feels like they are doing their damndest to knock me off the wagon. Father-in-law cooked a bunch of bacon this morning so I'm hiding in the bedroom. I'm 106 hours in, and I'm definitely gonna ride it out this time because my buddy who's pursuing his doctorate in sports science and nutrition already took before picture and measurement to document my fast for a paper. The pressure helps.

I'm doing IF 16/8 with roughly a 600 deficit of my TDEE and apart from missing maybe one day a week on which I don't go too crazy above or below it is going well and I was planning to do this for 8weeks in total or loosing around 5-6pounds.

The only problem I have is that I feel very skinny already during the fast and the empty stomach and I am worried that my lifts might go down significantly.

Are there any guys here who can reassure me that I will not loose too much muscle mass in this two month period if I keep the protein intake up and lift regularly? Or do I just have to live with the fact that I will have to start from where I was last year ago with the lifts at the end of the fast/diet?

However, there's going to be a corporate event at my company on Thursday (bbq is being catered) and I don't want to fast that day so I don't look awkward around all my co-workers.

i've done a few 7 day fasts and broke it by eating normal foods, just whatever I felt like at the time and was totally fine. if you want to be safe just eat a small normal meal on wednesday night
