Anyway the Japanese bench only guys I know do a press variation every session, six times a week. They'll only do one equipped session a week though. If they're raw they'll always do comp bench but very rarely go above rpe 7-8 (paraphrasing) and just do a ton of volume for the bench muscles.

So if I'm going to take the meme of 2x weekly bench training, can I do heavy OHP on the 3rd day? Currently doing Cuckol's 3x int med which is working quite well for me, I guess I just replace the AMRAP day 3 with something else?

Also other than dips and pushdowns, what's a good tricep exercise that's easy on the elbows? Skullcrushers I really like but they give me elbow tendonitis, even when doing them light

Hey Fellas, So I havent posted here in probably 3 years and havent really lifted for about a year and a half.
My stats when I left were: 240kg sq 170kg bp 220kg dl at a lean 90-95kg. This was towards the end of my only ever test e cycle. After I finished the cycle I just lost interest in lifting.
Keen to get back into it, Ive turned into a weak piece of shit and it feels kind of pathetic.

Id like some advice.

Does anyone do a program with high frequency deadlifts?

I hate long sessions and want to keep them as short as possible, Id also like to really work on my deadlift.

Thinking something like this:

>Mon: Deadlifts 3x10

>Tues: Legs 5x5, bench 5x5 and pull ups 5x8 either supersetted with legs or bench to save time.

>Wed: Deadlifts 3x10

>Thurs: Legs 5x5, OHP 5x5 and pull ups 5x8 either supersetted with legs or OHP to save time.

>Fri: Deadlifts 3x10

>Sat: Legs 5x5, bench 5x5 and pull ups 5x8 either supersetted with legs or bench to save time.

>Sun: rest or light cardio/ recreation

I will alternate the OHP and bench ie the next Tuesday will start with OHP

During my cycle I fucked 19 different girls and got into a fight with 4 junkies in a movie theatre. I was mired by countless people and my lifts (mainly my BP) went through the roof.
Its a strange feeling knowing that no matter what room you walk into youre going to be the undisputed alpha male.

It was the best 12 weeks of my life, but everything after that has just been on a downward slope.

Would not recommend.

I've done it. It worked fairly well. Usually does not play nice with high frequency squatting but I've seen people pull the two off together.

That said, I don't think its best to sit in one rep range with one movement when you're trying to push it hard. It only ever worked for me when I had a mix of heavy/rep/power work.
