>Bench press has went up steadily since then
>Got from 145-160lb within 2 weeks
>Been stuck on 160lb for the past 3 weeks
>Actually feel weaker

What do? Do I really need to keep increasing calories as I gain weight? I didn't even gain any weight in the 145-160 phase and I stopped walking to the gym (2 miles per day) so I figured I should keep calories the same as I increase weight.

I'm like 146lb BW at 10% bf eating like 2900 cal per day and I really don't want to get fat fucked. I deloaded to 150 on my bench and I can get like 6-7 reps on my last set with that, will it help?

Eat more. 10% bf means you have plenty of room to grow.

Ok you’re not gonna like this answer but eat more. You’re 10% bf so you gain fat and still look decent. Also try working in more exercises that might help. Dumbbell bench presses helped me a ton. I was similar to you in that my bench was 165. Now it’s 195. They also helped to give me a bigger chest.

I can bench lmao3plates and warm up to 3 heavy sets and then do 3 lighter sets with more emphasis on form

Up your cals to 3000 and eat at least 350g of carbs

up the calls and besides the deload the glp use when you feel burned up like know do a week , of the same kg half reps half sets per exercise and you will be ok
