Weight loss estimate?

About 275 lbs, been lifting for many years. I calculated my bodyfat at approx. 34.5% using biometric impedance and anthromorphic tests. I’m currently losing weight and have lost 30-40 lbs already. How much more to go? I’m figuring about 95 lbs.

Jesus fuck, how tall are you like 5'6"?

110

thicc

Lol why do you ask?

Because I'm 6'2" and if I made my way up to 275 from 230 I wouldn't look like a generic fat guy like you.

You’d be surprised. You were close, though; I’m 5’8.

Thick. Solid. Tight.

Keep it up

My wrists and ankles are 8.25” and 9.75” in circumference, respectively.

Over 100lbs, at least. Try to get to like 120-140 and then bulk and lift hard.

Lol
I was 140 lbs in jr. high at about 15% bodyfat, and that was before I even started lifting. (Pic)

godspeed

Yeah, I had the same physique as you when I was at 272lbs, I'm down to 182lbs now and there's still a lot left to go.

That's where you want to go, and keep cutting hard to low BF%

>that
>15% bodyfat
oh my sweet summer child

How much left do you have to go?
There’s really no possible way I’ll have to cut under 170 lbs to hit 10% bodyfat.

*Maybe* 18% max, if I was to be generous.

>thinking 170 is 10% bf
>more like 150
shiggy dig get real broseph

>How much left do you have to go?

No idea, but I still look gross and fat. Gut and manboobs and everything. Shit's hard, bro.

God speed.

150 lbs @10% bodyfat would only be the case if I never lifted or was very new. All my lifts are advanced. 150 lbs at 10% bodyfat is essentially me in 8th grade with like three weeks of lifting.

Your 10% bf is probably in 140s
You're gonna lose muscle on your cut

If I figure about 25% of my weight loss is lean mass, then 34.5% bodyfat to 10% comes out at about 175.

I have been dieting and lifting for a few months now. 6'4 310 pounds. That's down from 340. If I post my physique will you guys tell me how many more pounds I need to lose to look really good? I'm guessing 40 more pounds but maybe I'm being generous

6’4 is very tall, and if you’re at 310, then I’d guess maybe 70-80 lbs left. Check out Casey Butt’s final weight loss calculator and bodyfat test to be sure.

I’m 6’2 1/2 at 307..... I should be good at 230-250... so keep going man.

This is me with a shirt...

why are you posing

Btw my bodyfat was at 40%, only 183 pounds was muscle of the 307. Keep lifting and losing weight. Keep the protein way up....

Damn, yeah. Now that I look closer I still have a fucking long way to go. I have been on nofap for like 3 weeks now so I have more energy and am not as hungry so hopefully in 6 months I will be 8 percent body fat like I always wanted. Too bad my stomache skin is gonna look like shit for the rest of my life however

>gut hanging over underwear
enjoy your loose skin fatass

I was at about 310 lbs initially, and I’m like 8 inches shorter than you.

Nah, I won’t have loose skin.

Will my skin be fucked up? I'm the guy above you?

>How much more to go? I’m figuring about 95 lbs.
I think you might be in for a rude awakening when you actually lose that weight and still look like shit. I'm not saying it to hate on your or discourage you from reaching your goal. By all means, continue to improve yourself. I respect you for attempting to change your life for the better but you've gotta understand what you've done to yourself isn't that easy to fix. When you get to 180 lb, you're probably still gonna be chubby. If you're like most people, you'll have lost a lot of muscle and strength and still not really be as lean as you want.

On the positive side, you'll look and feel way better than you do right now. And then you can decide from there whether you want to keep cutting or not.

what about me boys

Then I’ll simply prove you and all of Jow Forums wrong and be a lean 10% bodyfat at 180 lbs in six months.

Yeah, 0% chance.

175 lbs is my low-end estimate, assuming aggressive muscle loss. More realistically, probably 180-185 lbs.

>6 months
are you gonna fast?

Jesus christ, Im 6'3 320 and look nothing like you.

30-75%

Keto intermittent fasting, yeah.

You are 7 inches taller.

you look like you'd provide good banter

6'2" is pushing it, manlet. Work on those numbers.

You are definitely higher than 34% body fat.

irish/10

Even if he gets a good body composition he’ll still look like shit because of all the loose skin. If I were him I’d stop losing weight at like 25% and just go for bearmode.

Probably around 170-60 too look at all good.
Im 511 and my goal is 180

Not OP but I calculated my today's kilocalories from food to be 1300 (two cans of tuna, one bag of sliced ham, three eggs, some cheese, bellpepper) and they add up to ~120g of protein. I feel full, but those calories are way below my maintenance still. Should I keep at this? I'm 6'1 and 200lbs, mostly sit on my ass but try to lift twice or once a week.

I don't think you will ever be able to hit 10% body fat. You're probably gonna have a bunch of loose skin too

Help

potatonigger%

I don’t intend to have any loose skin. Even if I end up with some around my gut, then I’ll just spend $2k to get it cut off.

If you’re currently fat, then don’t worry about it.

Worry about what?

You are way overestimating your lean mass pct. I know from experience.

What shouldn't I worry about you retard? Of course I should worry about my fucking diet.

The only reason I rate my lean mass that high is because of a previous DEXA scan. Four years ago, I got a DEXA scan showing I hold about 150 lbs of lean mass. Since then, my squat, deadlift, bench, and overhead press have gone up from 275–>405, 315–>455, 205–>305, and 120–>205 lbs respectively.

Three years ago*

I have comparable lifts, weigh 225 at 5'10" and I'm figuring 180 to look "okay." 165-170 to be around 12%. You're a bit stronger, but it's not going to be that much of a difference, man.

I'd just buckle up for 150 and be pleasantly surprised along the way if I were you.

If you're 5'8 you won't look good until you're sub-200. 175 will probably be the best.

175 is about what I was thinking.

Well, let’s hope I get lucky.
