9. Do things that make you scared until they don’t

Making a schedule and following it is good. But writing down the things you did is even better.
This will motivate you to follow your schedule.

Do you really want to write it in your diary that you drank soda, lost track of your calories, and you skipped your workout?
Especially since the last six entries have been proper progress on your lifts, keeping all your macros in check, and getting proper sleep?

Also make photos on a weekly basis

10. Meditation

Improve your decision making and make conscious decisions, weighing the pros and cons. When we have a decision to make, e.g. whether we perform a task we know we have to do, or whether we can delay it, we tend to overestimate the discomfort that we will experience while performing the task and underestimate the negative consequences that will be a result of delaying it. That's also what leads to procrastination and tasks piling up.

How to actually make it:

1. Have a stable income and become financially independent.

(this is more important)

Assuming you are not on the spectrum (you probably aren't, you just have poorly-trained social skills)...

2. If your job doesn't allow socializing (and don't try to fuck your co-workers, never shit where you eat), you need to either volunteer or better yet, find a group sports team and start socializing through that.

3. Maintain a healthy cardio and lifting routine - this much doesn't matter as much as long as you are consistent. Consider this: If you posted this question on Jow Forumsskincareaddiction, they would say, "If I had my acne cleared up, then I could make it". If you posted it on Jow Forumsbald they would say, "If I had hair, I would make it". This is Jow Forums so the answers you receive will heavily favor the answer, "If I had this goal body, I would make it". Statistics do not bear this out. Use lifting as a health and stamina boosting activity and use it to socialize if you can (as mentioned before, group sports, etc).

4. Over time you will learn to socialize and then and only then can you can make friends and maintain a relationship.

I'm willing to bet the majority of people here are not financially independent and have little human capital to offer in the world. What do you think you'll get some goal body and take some qt3.14 home to your ... unclean basement suite? Really?
