guys idk whats happening.
my squat has now surpassed my deadlift... i use to deadlift 405x5 and squat 315x5 now i can only deadlift 415x3 and squat 405x5
plz does anyone have any tips to help me i really dont know whats happening

i thought if the hips are lower then the knees then its a full rom

geez, i don't know what to tell you other than complimenting your squat progress. I can't do over 160kg for some reason and i have stalled for months. How tall/heavy are you? How long have you been training?

im 90kg 180cm, training 2 years

176cm 75kg twink here. Strength training for almost 2 years too. My last squat pr was 150kg for 5, my deadlift pr is 174kg for 3. All my lifts are beltless and no straps/wraps Have you tried sumo?

no i havent, but i might try a more squat sumo stance since my squat is so close to my deadlift

Maybe you just aren't addressing your weaknesses and perhaps doing too little exercises/exercise variation.
I hit a 200kg dead tonight for 5 reps and 2 weeks ago a 180kg x10reps beltless.
I just deadlift and squat heavy at the start of the week with some leg curls & back extensions and then do high volume squats/RDLs/Leg Press/Leg Curls/Back Ext etc at the end of the week... I've always found my hammys to be weak and small, so i hammer them with volume and deadlift variants... maybe you should program your own training to address weaknesses etc

I started The Bridge with 1rms of 185/275/335/445 and currently after 6 months of the bridge my 1rms are 210/315/405/435
