Can anyone rec a dipping belt that can withstand high weights? My one from MyProtein rated to 90kg snapped just now at 45kg. Fucking pissed off because I had a weighted pull-ups PR planned tomorrow which is now not happening.

hey dudes,
/owg/ a shit and also dead, so i'll ask you guys instead:
strained my ql about a month ago, pretty badly. followed the recommended rehab routine, and i feel well enough to train at lowered intensity. snatch and clean and jerk are fine, but squatting is still iffy. i've been replacing squats with 45 degree leg press, but i still feel like i'm losing leg strength. what else can i be doing until i'm able to squat again?
shared experiences with this type of injury also welcome
