hey dudes, /owg/ a shit and also dead, so i'll ask you guys instead: strained my ql about a month ago, pretty badly. followed the recommended rehab routine, and i feel well enough to train at lowered intensity. snatch and clean and jerk are fine, but squatting is still iffy. i've been replacing squats with 45 degree leg press, but i still feel like i'm losing leg strength. what else can i be doing until i'm able to squat again? shared experiences with this type of injury also welcome
Probably, haven't touched incline in a few weeks and kept it at sets of like 10.

yeah it will work but dont think its magic ohpinf 1x a week. Is very suboptimal But then again trying to progress bith is but this way bench is prioritized and youll still make ohp gains but it will be slow
