Well this is depressing

Well this is depressing.

same guy huh?

Why? Decent arm and back development for a month, if he were to move onto a more comprehensive program he'd look great in 9-12 months

dude
cmon
buzzfeed
we all know it
brah
i mean their videos are always fucking retarded, they change the background colors and lighting when they do comparissions
its not really legit dude.

this is fucking inspiring - i want to be that strong

kek

The fucking lighting
How is that not blatantly obvious to everyone

I don't get it. That is ok-to-decent progress for someone who only did pushups and likely had a shitty diet.

>ya but it's le buzzfeed xDD

They even zoomed in on the after shot to male it look bigger. Just compare the head size lmao

>2018
>not working your head

If you have a girl's hormonal profile you're not gonna get any gains, no matter how many push-ups you do

Attached: 30-day-100-pushups.gif (444x497, 132K)

i mean yeah its better but cmon
THEY EVEN CHANGED HIS HAIR

lighting, flexing, n00bgains
but well yeah, if you go from nothing to push ups daily for a month there will be results

Zero gains desu. Just flexing and perfect lighting. Look at those shadows plus they zoomed in.
Who are they trying to fool?

How to into chad hormonal profile?

That's still very decent progress. Women won't be disgusted by the right body, whereas the left one looks frail and sick.

Pretty good change for just doing pushups.

there is definitely progress. he would look pretty good in like 6 months

wow how did pushups make his entire head bigger

For one month that’s not bad. Not to mention it’s a suboptimal routine.

Comes to show you real consistency always gives results

damn- skull mass gains

Notice he gained literally one muscle at best and further rolled his shoulders. Push up fags btfo yet again

Not really imo but I do agree. Push needs to be supplemented with pull otherwise you’ll roll your shoulders and be in a kyphotic state.

is this the goal body thread

Should be doing 200-300

>do 100 pushups a day for one (1) month
>not a ripped bodybuilder
wtf

Is this the natty limit?

dude 100 is nothing,do more,as much as you can , as much as you can in each set ,you can include different variations, add some weight on your back etc.

Looks like they used a different lense for max gains why even lift?

Wonder what 100 pull ups a day for a month would do

A beginner would only be able to do like 10 though

this is actually pretty doable

true beginners cant do a single pull-up, they would have to do progression exercises

>100 pushups a day
This won't do anything unless you're a complete novice. There's no progressive overload with regular pushups, so you have to keep adding reps. Getting up to 500 a day would be good.

>There's no progressive overload with regular pushups,

It's called progressing to 1-arm pushups.

100 >>>proper

i do 200 a day, im a novice i started with 100 but i do 20 per rep

Then you don't do pushups in the right way

whats the right way?
>close feet
>looking foward
>lower almost ground level
>repeat
thats what i do

Got dammit. Why does everyone lie. Getting ripped takes a long ass time and effort unless you're on roids.

Your elbows should be tucked in, not out to the sides. Your frame should be tight and shoulders engaged (push yourself forward a bit with your toes until it's natural for your elbows to bend parallel to your body).

HE'S EVOLVING.

theres a thousand different ways of doing what you described and most of them are wrong

A fucking DYEL wrote the manga because after about a month and a half of that program starting from an average body it would be very easy

The joke is that it is a dyel routine

This. OP's pic shows marked improvement for just one exercise. Imagine the strength and development gains from proper programming, variations, proper supplementation, proper diet, etc.

why? 100 pushups a day is not that many.

better than nothing

Ha ha his posture all fucked up. NIgga need spinal intervention.

>He actually does push ups
Are you twelve or what

>tfw you forgot to give your betamon an everstone

Shoulda done 100 sqwuats, situps, and a 10km run to be DYEL-god mode

A gymbro told me most dumbbell exercises like curls are pull exercises. Is that true?

I'm a poorfag who wants to do push ups + basic dumbbell routine at home because gyms are minimum 40$ a month here (it's considered a luxury/ high class hobby like golf).

curling is a pull exercise, you are pulling dumbbell closer to body
get a pullup bar and start doing pullups and chinups, look up bodyweight/home routines before buying anything

>A gymbro told me most dumbbell exercises like curls are pull exercises. Is that true?
All exercises are pulling movements; your muscles can only contract, they cannot extend on their own and every contraction is a pull.

exactly

The actual challenge is 100 reps a day on bench

lmao at that neck posture

Hes literally just closer to the camera. Check head size.

Attached: 56pcnt.jpg (800x800, 66K)

>back development
Kyphosis is not back development
Now he has tight chest and even more imbalance

He needs to fix his posture pronto

Depends on their weight and health. I was able to do 3 when I first started without any exercise experience before hand - but I weighed 68kg (I was 12 - yes I was fat). Anyway now I can only do 32 at 92kg, 5'10 - I'm 22 now (12% bf too, yes I cycled last year)

would like to see the video of you doing 32 single arm pull-ups, please

Don't try to build muscle goy, it's too much work!

>His head doesn't get bigger when he works out
What a pleb

I see progress

30 days ?!?!? thats quick af

If you want to get gains from push-ups, you have to actually make them difficult for yourself. Which if you were doing, you wouldn't be able to do 100 of them. Do them SLOWLY. Keep your body TIGHT. Make yourself work. If push-ups are still too easy, do diamond push-ups. Then decline diamond push-ups. And keep progressing to more difficult variations, all while make sure to do them slowly and with correct form, so that they're actually difficult. You should struggle to go past 10 reps per set.

I like betamon. It’s funny.

>learned to tense up his muscles, get new lighting and move closer to the camera in a month
Fucking brainlets

Post the paki's progress from that video. It's even funnier.

You guys do realize there’s an obvious change in lighting and it even looks like he’s flexing his tricep a bit. A push up only routine will do nothing worth while.

Why? Why does everything depress you?
God damn, you just let everything defeat you. You have a terrible attitude towards life.

At least he had results.
The other guy didn't even look different

I think that if he'd been doing proper-form pushups and increasing his reps til he was at 25 or so per shot (which, starting from zero, is nontrivial progress that anybody can do), there should be some visible change.

If he'd also been doing declines and/or weighting them, even moreso.

I worked my way up to doing 100 pushups a day as an absolute skeleton and never built any muscle. Then I switched to dumbbell floor presses and made noticeable pec and tricep gains in a few weeks, with only 30lb weights. Maybe push-ups are just a bad exercise for hypertrophy.

The three characters are actually looking at him like he's retarded because that can't possibly be how he attained his levels of strength.

>confirmed for never reading the manga

So what's the point of doing push-ups and sit-ups?
