I'm just getting back into it. Going to compete at state championships in the new weight classes in September. Think I'll be an 89kg lifter. Weighed 199lb today. Total maybe 110/140 so 250? Idk, that would be nice.

Short arms are good for doing jerks. Short legs are good for squatting out of the hole.

I did some 80kg snatches for more singles than I'd done in years last week, after taking a month off.
My push press form is so bad though that it consistently ruins my shoulders, and now I'm hurt again. Getting the weight up there isn't hard, relatively speaking - I can push press about 100kg. But when I lower it, it always crashes into my shoulders. Probably doesn't help that I lean forward on heavy front sqauts too.

Attempting to turn 3 day program into 6, does this division of exercises make sense?
