exercise and sweating will make you feel better.

Yes. Eat some eggs and oats. Take a wicked shit. Sweat it all out

Exercise makes you feel way worse

I'm pretty sure when I stumbled to bed I had at least 1 can of sip left but I can't fucking find it now. My room is a mess.

Second this. That's why I never exercise.

where is it

also hungover right now, just ate a 400 calorie biscuit and I'm going back to sleep since I only got like 4 hours
when I get up and feel better I'm gonna do some calisthenics

Nice

Depends how hung over.

Pedialyte + multivitamin + phenibut + baicalin (gabapentin also works instead) plus a decent meal is the cure for a hardcore hangover.

Or a benzo and low dose amperages l amphetamine if you got it.

I'm wondering what exactly causes hangovers. I used to get terrible ones in my early to mid twenties even after drinking like 5 drinks, but I now get zero hangovers since my late twenties, even after drinking like 1 liter of hard liquor and getting completely shitfaced

Dehydration

Tolerance level of an alcoholic

>Tolerance level of an alcoholic
I'm drinking only once a week

I'm in college and am a pretty big drinker but I only ever get really mild ones, and that's when I go way too far. If you only drink what feels right and have some water you'll be fine.

Dehydration and it depletes most of the vitamins and minerals in your body. Hydration alone can take a hangover to 4/10, but a decent B-complex before bed as well brings it down to 1/10.

Now x4 and then x 12 and it's actually a lot.

Lmao that's like nothing,I get drunk every other day and I'm not even a heavy drinker compared to most people

Clean it or you're out of the sip club mister.
>CRACK*.

what do you even mean?

Retard confirmed

you just type like a retard

20mg valium will kill any hangover instantly or 2mg xanax, gabapentin can just be too weird sometimes

just be extra careful lifting

It's the privilege of youth. Trust me, you'll have your hangovers, when the 3 leads you age ...

I'd always take some NAC and a bit of salt before going to bed. Adding a multivitamin can also be helpful. And: stay hydrated.

I hope to ALLAH you don't do this

FUGGG i wanna shove my face in there

10 hours until i lift, can i sneak in 12 beers by then?

Methanol poisoning. This is why some people claim taking a shot or having a beer the morning after helps cure a hangover (hello alcoholism).
Methanol binds to alcohol dehydrogenase enzymes (ADH), therefore sticking in your body longer, and methanol is an order of magnitude more toxic than alcohol/ethanol.
Methanol is removed by the kidneys unless bound by ADH. The most effective way of flushing methanol from the ADH enzymes, and therefore your bloodstream and body, is by consuming slightly more ethanol. ADH enzymes will preferentially bind to alcohol/ethanol over methanol (as will neurons) allowing the kidneys to deal with the methanol while the rest of your body deals with a good buzz.
This is an actual medical treatment for people "dying from hangovers". If you sleep on alcohol poisoning (especially from cheap or homebrew) you can literally die from sobering up because the excretion of methanol takes longer and is harder on the body.

so hangovers disappearing with age is just a case of the body learning how to metabolize methanol more effectively?

Def Natty achievable.

I think this is correct but more of a side effect of the body metabolizing alcohol more readily first and foremost. As your body adjusts to your consumption it generates more ADH throughout the day to deal with the alcohol. Then when the methanol is bound to the ADH it isn't free to fuck up the rest of your body, but it will eventually slowly get released/excreted. The more ADH is available to deal with the alcohol: the more methanol can be soaked up by the ADH like a sponge. Our bodies don't have an enzyme specifically for methanol like we do alcohol/ethanol. So it's hard to say with a hard 'yes' that we necessarily become more efficient at metabolizing methanol.
