When and why do you think steroid use became so normal and wide spread Jow Forums ?
When and why do you think steroid use became so normal and wide spread Jow Forums ?
people are lazy fucks and have no discipline.
1970s and Arnold
Good question, probably during the golden era of bodybuilding steroids gained wide spread attention and everything spiralled from there. Kek at that pic.
Because people think short term
Obviously because people want to raise the roof of your bodies capabilities? Why the fuck else? You look better and perform better.
>look better
You definitely look much bigger and leaner if you train and eat right on steroids but I think peak natty shits all over peak steroid in terms of looks. Peak roid just looks disproportionate, absurd and unhealthy.
>perform better
Yeah for sure
LMAO
>Look at my natty discipline
>Those roiders could never achieve what I have
>Imagine if I were on roids!
Nah man they are waaaaaaaaaay more prevalent now than they were then
And your balls shrink and you get nasty ass back acne
>look better
But then it wouldn't be "peak steroid", then it's just too much. You can train to become a roidmonster or you can just train to have that slight cripsy edge that natties cant maintain.
>roidcell cope
The reason why most people today use them is because they're insecure.
Yeah I suppose you are right, but at what long term cost ?
Not even roiding, just don't agree with that you can consider people lazy just cause they roid. Most of them seem to have very good work ethic, however not good long term thinking.
But you're probably right about people being insecure, atleast people that roid just to look good. Being a serious athlete is another story.
Well that's another side. Never considered it being worth it, downright stupid in my opinion. But I do understand what pushes people to start using.
zoomers, they have no work ethic
When Instagram and Snapchat skyrocketed into popularity and people realized you could make penor loads of money off your body. So naturally, shortsighted retards inject themselves with shit to get attention from lonely guys and girls alike and make a lot of money while doing it.
Furthermore, they brainwash their retarded followers by saying, "I'm natural. Buy my products and you'll look just like me in a few months of hard work and dedication." Then said retards go out, buy their shit, workout for a few months, don't look like their idol, and give up. Then later they go back and try it again, buy their shit again. Cycle repeats itself.
>not injecting yourself with hard work and dedication
Instagram is a concentrated form of all that is wrong with social media
Late 90’s, early 2000s. Baseball
>all that is wrong with social media
Couldn't be closer to the truth. I do have an Instagram but I don't use it as "how it should be used." My ex gf is addicted to it; she'd sit on it at dinner and just like every single picture someone posted. So I ask, "why do you do that?" "I have to like other pictures so they like mine...there's always an optional time to post pictures and how often to get the most likes." She's 21 and thinks like a child. That's when I realized I can't date a girl who takes Instagram that seriously.
Let's not forget that 20+ year olds have been doing this "ask me a question" thing lately like it's fucking middle school.
Spot on lads
dont forget the ease of use. Test, tren and a couple of other roids are very well documented, and the PCT and more advanced chemicals can pretty much block, and reverse all downsides of a roid cycle.
The only real downside to roiding is that the gains may become so fast, that your tendons and ligaments cant keep up very well, and if you are new to the game you are probably going to fuck them up more easily compared to a more experienced lifter.
So yea, I think that roids could be viable, but only after at least of one year of lifting perhaps. I even know a guy at work, who had a very good coach, but the desire to get huge in that guy was so great that he basically trained with a fucked up and nearly destroyed shoulder for a long ass time.
Probably baseball got people intrigued but still scared....then party culture and jersey shore made people think in the moment rather than long term. I can imagine someone watching an episode of jersey shore like 15 years ago, want to look like the situation with abs and modest biceps, so they hopped on a quick cycle
As someone from the jersey shore... fuckin hated that show. Everyone’s parents let them watch it when they were like ten, now all they is party, focus on instagram, do roids, or, in the case of the ladies, make themselves puke to keep that figure
That show was so trashy and anyone that liked it us a degenerate
What did Arnie use?
how many people actually give up trying to get fit? i recall myself going to the gym once like two years ago, running on the treadmill and doing some bicep curls a bit and never going back. now i couldnt imagine that shit, after one month of training i knew i could never go back. is this actually the majority of people?
t. boomer
zoomer here and i use snapchat, and an instagram with zero followers just to follow fucking chestbrah, connor, jeff etc and shitpost on my friends accounts. i deleted both for a year to feel how it felt and honestly i missed out on so fucking much
confront people when they do 5his. 1st time you see it, no hesitation. call them out on seeking fake internet points over engaging in the person in front of them
> can pretty much block, and reverse all downsides of a roid cycle.
except for your heart giving out decades earlier than it should
Primobolan and Dianabol
How do you cope knowing you couldn't achieve that on your own and having to lie to people every day?
You're just a day liar and a filth.
Doing heavy cardio before you go on juice, to get it nice and strong, would not alleviate the effects?
It's so easy to just lie and say that you don't use it, and makes skellies just look butthurt when they try to call you out
yeah it would, ignore the retard
if you have a good diet and cardio health and don't abuse roids then you'll be fine. stick to testosterone
Who the fuck do these retards think they are fooling? Anyone who has worked out for 6 months or more can easily spot a roid user.
Called out my ex all the time; she would admit she had a problem but kept doing it. I don't know how people can just sit on their phones in front of one another. There has to be something to talk about. Never been on a date where the girl sat on her phone in front of me the entire time because I know how to talk. I see it everywhere I go though. Hell last night, there was this couple that, as soon as they were sat down, they took out their phones and just sat there.
More people than you think. People realize it takes work and time to actually get a nice body. Hell, some people can't even manage to be healthy in general and just do something other than Netflix and stay inside all day.
I'm a 21 year old boomer, I guess. Don't get me wrong - I still use Snapchat, Instagram, and Facebook. I don't use them as religiously as others, trying to make my life look like it's super great and all. A lot of my friends make it look like their lives are perfect, when I know they're just sad and have nothing going for them really. All it is is them drinking on their stories.
Spot on dude. Spot on.
The fitness industry would collapse if people actually made use of their gym membership.
insecure roider COPE
guy I know at work had exactly this kind of routine, 5 months of heavy cardio buildup (for a strong heart) and then he started the roids. Says his trainer specifically made him this program so he avoided the heart issues that other roiders have. Cant say that I dont agree with him, seems like a pretty good thing. Combine that with the drugs that restore the testosterone pathway (forgot the name, never remember) and you pretty much alleviated all of the issues, at least the major ones. The only ones that remain are perhaps the slow ligaments, and other injuries thanks to begginers tier training, and handling of techniques.
So yea, to me it seems that a one year buildup with cardio, and non roids, maybe lighter roids, for a strong heart, some form and technique and then following up with the test, and then the latest pct's seems like a safe way to go.
Kinda off-topic but I got my test results this morning, I am fucked right?
Should I just go straight for TRT?
I'm 24 btw, 1.82cm/77 kg
C O P E
I would imagine that the whole thing really took off when the internet became widespread available
Remember that "Back in the day" you had to "know a guy" and have connections to buy juice, nowadays you can go online and as long as you have the money: you can get almost anything you want
however, the whole thing, in general started with
