You dont need an infographic. You need 2 questions.
>do they train with an opponent actively trying to defend and attack them back?
>has the trainer trained anyone competitively successful?

If the answer is no to either it's meme

Anything in mixed martial arts for unarmed fighting.

Best martial arts
>Ameri-Do-Te
>Rex Kwon Do
>Death Kwon Do
That's it

>Krav Maga
Depends on your instructor. I trained with a guy who's world renowned for $150/month. Others will charge you similar prices while being not even half as qualified.
>Boxing or MMA
Again, depends. In most places, your money will go towards subsidizing the gym's prize-winning fighters. The talented coach will spend all of his time with them, teaching them real boxing, while his brain-damaged, sadistic assistant will simply train you in boxing themed cardio.
>BJJ
Wrestling without the conditioning.
>Tae-Kwon-Doe
Scam
>Wresting
The patrician choice. Will own a BJJ 99/100 times

A chart that was almost good except for its entirely irrelevant and useless Y-axis.

So can you actually train boxing without going to a specialized gym? Would just hitting a bag do anything?

There are some universal rules In Martial Arts like using your oppenents momentum against him. Another one is keep the movements short and simple you aren´t Dancing. If those those to basics aren´t met The Martial Art of your choice won´´t help in a Real fight. I found Northern Praying Mantis (seven star) very effective and dynamic its straight forward.

Krav is hard to find good training.
All at some point they were good.
But got watered down, shit teachers, no sparring.

Anything in MMA is legit.
I know BJJ guys who submit them easy. Positionally wise amazing.

There's a ton of free shit online you can take advantage of, but is correct. I personally perform a lot better when I'm pressured to by my peers or a coach. Plus their expertise and the availability of sparring partners will make you better than any self taught boxer, if there is such a thing.

Martial arts are for faggots and incels who are too scary in joining the gym and building muscles like a man
My gym coach can fuck up 2 boxers at the same time and no fancy technique can do shit against mass and pure muscles

Chink shit is universally meme. The fact you capitalise random words also tells me you're a pretentious faggot so recommending magic pyjama dancing makes sense.

You have to spar.
Also have a legit boxing coach.

Bags don't hit back.

No.

He needs a teacher.
You can't learn on your own.

>a ton of free shit online you can take advantage of,
Like what? Youtube? What if I find one of my buddies to spar with and watch youtube videos? Would that be advantageous?

Unironically this
Martial arts are for brainlets and even if you need to defend yourself nobody will ask for trouble if you are a big and huge powerlifter

You muslce boys should go to a MMA gym. See if your muscles help you.

No sparring. Kung fu is a joke. It is for fitness maybe. They never gave out there secrets to westerns and now they are just about dead. Karma.

Eh, it is a deterrent. You still know nothing. Nothing to back up with.

Some punk will knock you out with his ghetto boxing gym skills.

You can't learn on your own. No video in the world will help you. Martial arts is a social art. You have no idea what your doing. Your giving your self bad habits that will bite you in the ass that will get you knocked out in a real fight.

Get a teacher, learn for awhile then start to slowly, and lighty sparr.

France have savate. It's kickboxing with boots. It was grew among the sailors in Marseille. They, to my knowledge, pioneered the oblique kick which has become popular in mma. They also specialise in round kicks to the liver delivered by the toe of the boot. All in all it's pretty legit aside from competing in a leotard.

Oh and i very much doubt there ever were any secrets in kung fu. Just esoteric nonsense explaining phenomena which are now common knowledge (qi is actually kinetic chaining)

It kinda sucks now though still.
Only thing of kung fu with class is wing chun.
It is mostly dead, or carried on by old people who do it for exercise.

Just isn't relevant today. Maybe on some untrained dude it would work. Trained dude.. nope.

There is literally zero evidence of pure kung fu of any flavour working on anyone ever outside of other kung fu fags. The only selling point it has ever had is ancient chinese secret which never existed.

The mma guy in china is demonstrating as much currently.

learn to make a pipebomb
nothing beats a well placed pipebomb

>contender
Are these good for sparring and heavy bag?
What's the difference with these and the more expensive venum gloves?

my gym produced Andrew Tate. is it good?

The fact that they have a competing fighter is a sign that they offer proper training, regardless of who the fighter is.
If you really put effort into it you can be successful at any decent gym.
