What are your goals? Are you trying to get as strong as fast as possible?
Do you care about efficiency or do you wanna just be a fat slob like most of us?(mot solid option imo)
Theres a lot that goes into this decision to be a powerlifter.
Maybe you should do SL... but maybe you should do PPLxPPL with lower volumes higher weights. Depends on what kind of time you got and how much fun you think lifting is.
PL is really boring at the end of the day so expectations are important

Feels like I never get strong Reeee. Pulled 120 kg quire comfortable last week and today was pulling 122kg and.felt heavy as shit and my form was off and I was pulling with my back instead of my hips on sumo. What do? Should I just quit?

i found the exact same and just split it
i.e. i was doing an upper lower that goes
squat+deadlift/bench/squat/bench assist
so i just entirely split the first day's workload to
squat/dead/bench/squat/bench assist
same volume across the week but now my deads aren't as prefatigued by heavy squats beforehand

I squat and deadlift in the same session twice a week. It shouldn't hinder your progress so long as you treat one of the lifts as the 'main work' for that session and then treat the other as accessory work.
If you are trying to go balls to wall with intensity on both you are probably then going to end up spinning your wheels.

6 full hours is pretty good. If you're feeling fine and dandy when you wake up and throughout the day, chances are your recovery is on point.

TM is shit for bench. Do the 4day, and do at least 50 dips, 50 pullups, and 50 reps of tricep exercise and rear delt work every pressing day.

If you absolutely want to incorporate slingshot, you can do it two ways. You can use it for overload sets to push a heavier weight than what you're capable of, or since you're a beginner, you'd be better off using it for high rep rest pause work after your main sets.
So after your 5x5, you could throw on the slander, do an amrap of 10-15, take 10 breaths, do an amrap, take 10 breaths, and do one more amrap. If you do that, you can skip the dips.

Went to the gym, deadlifted with a rounded lumbar because I wanted all of a sudden to bring my stance in, then did box squats, abs and lower back, upper back and tris.
I think I should consider sumo. I'm a manlet, have somewhat long legs, and some lumbar issues.
Would you guys laugh at me if I start pulling sumo?

Well first of all youre not in prison so just lift 4 times a week like normal human being, add squats on your deadlift day and change the exercises from the templates to suit your needs.
Can someone recommend shoes for 5 foot 9 lifter average build, want something I can do basically everything in. Don't have mobility problems or problems reaching depth.
