Not op but need some help. I eat a calorie deficit (skinny fat) currently but it’s mostly fast food. I have no oven. What food do I make/eat to survive instead of shitty burgers/sandwiches/pizza

If I want to reset my taste buds and is it nutritionally adequate to live off nothing but plain salads for my micros and milk for my calories, fat ,and protein for a month or two? I don't really crave hot foods right now. I also will take some vitamins since my parents have 20 bottles sitting around.
best way to do that is go on a long fast. 4-7 days would be good. Remember to get salt in.
