Has anyone tried this? Apparently it's a nootropic as well as good for relieving anxiety.
Caffeine and L-Theanine
>Has anyone tried this?
I dont think anyone has tried this yet user. You might be the first if you try it so be careful!

Fucking snarky bunch of faggots here lately. Real useful. Why not just hang out on /b/ ffs?
Not the first poster, but...
I took it a few years ago. I have a hard time telling if something like this is affecting me or not but due to recent events I will give it another shot. I still have some.
this guy hangs out on r9k for sure
Yeah I do the keto meme diet with the buttered coffee. I add L-theanine into the coffee and blend it. It gives you a clean focus. A majority of the time it won't work without some sort of caffeine,. Exause it needs it to bind to it.
top kek
>for sure
tried it, didn't notice any changes
still taking it though, because why not
Take it for my anxiety. Actually work pretty well its not like going to cure your anxiety but it definitely calm you down throughout the day
They literally sell them in a single pill together
Megadosing l theanine and asheagandha is god tier
Tried the combo for two months as a freshman in college because my social anxiety was so bad. You feel more confident and outgoing the first few doses. However, your body's tolerance to L-theanine becomes very high very quickly, and soon enough you look act like a drug addict chasing a high because "it just felt so good." I ditched the stuff and got therapy. Guess which worked?
Cuck
Nowadays everyone needs to see shrinks. What ever happened to guys like Gary Cooper? The strong, silent type.
>Guess which worked?
The former when you figured out cycling. Therapy is a kike scam.
Nice
spacing.
>the strong silent type
yeah, didnt do shit
Heh. WHat about the other 20%
Take it easy Tony
It helps focus. Lowers reaction time. More like, easier to go into work trance. Smooths out caffeine jitters, but ginseng is better for that last bit.
I never noticed this affecting anxiety. My experience with it was it had a really mild effect.
agreed, felt zen as fuck whilst i was doing that shit.
Ginseng is good for caffeine jitters? I mix a little ginseng tea with my coffee because I like the taste, didn’t know it was good for jitters. I’ll have to see if that actually works, really take notice. Thanks for the tip.
L-Theanine tolerance literally returns to base after a week. There is no reason you should be taking over 300mg a day anyway
Its amazing. I work in the ICU and get a strong, calm focus from it. Don't feel stressed at work and am able to calmly and confidently make snap decisions.
What were your dosages?
I use ginseng packaged like pic related (threw out the old bottles, sorry dont remember exact brand. Might be this one) I never got much from the little vials you get at health food stores unless I consumed multiple vials, but these work well. Korean ginseng does better, but not necessary.
I've tried it, and enjoyed it.
I didn't personally have any anxiey relief, at least in terms of normal everyday anxiety.
However, I did not have nearly as many negative side effects from caffeine. I usually get the jitters, and if I have an excess of caffeine I will feel anxious from that.
The L-Theanine effectively gutted the side effects.
yes it works, take 400-600mg of a good brand with caffeine. i took the (((GNC))) one which worked well. only do it a couple times a week to prevent tolerance
monday is ...
SHILL-DAY!!
