On it right now, haven't felt such self esteem and fire in my belly in my whole life, legit pulled me out of crippling depression.

I've tried keto before but it only works well if you incorperate part of sv3rige's methods. Basically, you don't have to do keto all the time, heres a checklist of basic things to do to for the best results.

>make meat and dairy your biggest macro source

>fats biggest macro, carbs smallest

>ample flesh consumption, cook minimally to retain as much blood as possible, so rare meats

>stay away from processed meats loaded with salt

>eat ABSOLUTELY NO WHEAT OR GRAINS

>source if carbs is mainly fruit or starchy vegetables

>no more toxic shit that doesn't taste good naturally without preparing like garlic or turmeric

Make 70-80% of your fat macros SATURATED (ANIMAL) FAT. Make your monounsaturateds really low and polyunsaturateds really really low.

>get most of your water from fruits or blood from animals, stop flushing out your precious noooootrients and electrolytes. Only drink when you actually feel legitimate thirst, not just unwell from too much sodium

>eat liver at least twice a week(he says raw but cooked works when you are first starting out)

>keep your gut and skin flora in good health, no more dangerous shit that it can't thrive off of

That's kinda the basics

Be warned, this isn't going to make you as aesthetic as other programs but it will fix almost every health problem and allow you to do so if you act clever.

Cons were constant eating because I don’t have much fat to burn. The keto flu was some of the worst days of my life but you persevere.
Pros- my eyesight got better from not eating sugar. The energy is insanely sustainable. Lifts were heavier and cardio longer.
I would have stayed on it but I’m 160lbs and 8% body fat so the eating was a constant necessity

Mainly focused on high fat cuts of meat/fish, veggies were spinach and broccoli, some cauliflower rice, avocados, handful of berries daily, flax seeds, high fat yogurt, cheese and salami as snacks.
>Made pooping a little more difficult
>Had High focus, energy
>Since fat is supposed to be significantly largest macro, protein intake had to be dropped
>Lifting numbers decreased due to less water retention
>Would get very thirsty
>noticeable decrease in weight very quickly due to water weight loss, but felt less muscular

I stopped a short time ago, will probably do again when I go back to cutting, quit keto through healthy whole carbs like whole potatoes, fruit, lentils, more veggies. Probably will drop wheat all together outside of special situations.

I am currently recalculating my macros. Going for a bulk, currently around 155, lost a lot due to life throwing some curvballs, and was interested in keto for the mental benefits. Is it possible to bulk on keto? Should I just stick to a normal high protein high calorie diet?
