1 hour lifting 5 days a wk. cardio 20 - 45 min 7 days wk. Been doing this for 7 months. Getting stronger but still a big fatass.

2.5 hours on upper body day and 1-1.5 hours on lower body day doing PHUL routine

9 hours per week.
1 hour of lifting 5x per week.
30 mins of fasted cardio 6x per week.
30 mins of cardio post lift 2x per week.

4 days training - 4 days cut

lately? 40 minutes, 3 times a week.

ten minute cooldown.
walk another 2-3 miles depending when i get home later at night with my dogs.
it's about 2-3 hours 7 times a week.

Ideally like 1-2 hours but i also go 5 times a week and all my routines are high volume power lifting

If time is not an issue, about 90 minutes. If I am in a hurry, I keep it to an hour.
