Try fasting

you have to keep yourself in a caloric deficit, basically keeping you energy intake lower than your energy exerted. your body uses fat as its source of energy. look up TDEE

also, 10 hours of walking at 2.5 mph on a treadmill isn't cardio

More muscle=more calories burned per day. After I bulked up, it was much easier to lose weight.

If you put on muscle your metabolism increases. If you do a lot of cardio you actually go catabolic, which means you lose muscle and thus reduce your metabolism. Look at elite runners. That's what your body wants to look like if you run a lot. But since you can't put down the fork, you get that tiny frail body but covered in stored calories.

So start strength training and replace your ten hours with some HIIT.

I did about 3 months of 6.7mph and 8 incline 4 times a week and lost one kg. It's pretty shit alright.

Just literally don't eat at all. If you are fat, it's impossible to die from starvation. So long as you drink your water and take vitamins, you will not die.

This is called a "crash diet" and has been proven to work. People regularly went days without food as cavemen. It's something the body is adapted for.

The best thing you can do is get single digit bodyfat without cardio, just lifting, as it is much easier to maintain not having to spend all those extra hours expending energy on cardio just so you can eat slightly more calories or get leaner slightly faster.

Because exercise burns fuck all calories.

1000 meter swim, (most people can barely swim 100) You would burn about 250 calories swimming 1,000 meters if you weigh about 150 lbs., and you would burn 370 calories if you weigh 240 lbs

Cardio will only make your muscles more energy-efficient. Try cutting back on it and try doing interval training instead.

Exercise is not even half of the battle when you're losing weight though, you should propably take a look at your diet.

Yeah, I work a job where I'm basically doing light cardio for 8h a day and it doesn't affect my weight at all.
