Only 1 i can get is Whey protein, all the others are snake oil.

It's not a massive difference but it definitely helps with sleep and recovery. I feel more refreshed in the morning when taking it and a little hornier some mornings. Some nights I get cool dreams, which I never get without taking ZMA - some can get really absurd and when I wake up I can remember most of them.

Looks like generic supplement store bullshit with more marketing wank than results.

Fish oil is great for joints, but you need to take a massive amount of them (like 10 caps a day). I took it at those doses and my joints felt lubed up and fit.
But taking that much fish oil ends up thinning your blood and can lead to weak erections.
I found this out the "hard" way.
