Yeah i did. I had an enormous nose that actually pulled a bit on my skin such that the nose would move down when i smiled. Got it reduced a bit and it has improved my life more than any single other thing i have ever done.
That said even my gf didn't notice I'd had it done, i changed my hairstyle at the same time and was home from uni for a few weeks. So maybe i didn't have a lot done objectively but i was incredibly depressed and insecure about it. People used to comment it should have its own post code.
