My shoulders hurt alot when I work them out. I just started doing facepulls and those feel pretty good but I was wondering if you boys knew of any other good exercises/stretches that help keep shoulders good. Also please post Zoomer memes. I need them.

The best shoulder exercises in my opinion are plate raises and dumbbell/barbell OHP.

Ive been doing OHP but that hurts quite a bit. It doesnt stop me, but its not comfortable.

I've been loving the z press recently. It doesn't hurt much of anything and feels great on just about everything.
Yeah then go with plate raises, they are the most comfortable shoulder exercise I've ever done, probably because it's a more natural movement.
